DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. In the event that the total amount is paid in full, any requests for a refund of the balance (excluding the non-refundable deposit) must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. Refund requests made fewer than 7 days in advance will not be honored.
